Custom Nail Set Notice (Dejavu nail studio)
• Order Process: Each nail set is made-to-order based on the order sequence.
• Measurement: Please measure the widest part of your nails in millimeters (mm). There might be a slight measurement error of 1-3mm.
• Custom Designs: Custom designs can be requested with 80-90% accuracy. If the design is not feasible, we will inform you.
• Color Variations: We strive to match the design as closely as possible, but slight color variations may occur due to different filters and lighting. The final product may have minor differences, especially in gradient effects. Perfectionists, please take note. Color variation is not a reason for return or exchange.
• No Returns/Exchanges: All nails are custom-made to individual measurements and cannot be resold. Therefore, no returns or exchanges are accepted once an order is placed. We appreciate your understanding.
• Production Time: Custom nails are handmade according to your measurements. Production time is typically 15-30 days. Please be patient and avoid urging for quicker delivery.
• Deposit: 50% deposit is required for custom orders. Once production begins, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Package Includes: Each set includes 10 nail pieces, jelly adhesive, nail glue, glue remover, wooden stick, crystal stick, nail file, and alcohol pads.
